MSK dev (hereinafter referred to as "we") sets forth this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of user information in the smartphone application provided by us (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

1. Information Collection and Use

The App does not transmit or store users' personal information (such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses) on our servers.

Watchlist and Memos: Data such as "Watchlists" and "Memos" saved within the App are stored only on the user's device (local storage). Deleting the App will also delete this data.
Search and Browsing History: While temporary data may be stored on the device to improve usability, we do not collect this information.

2. External Services and Data Usage

The App utilizes services (APIs) provided by the following third parties to display movie information, play videos, and introduce related products. The privacy policies of the respective companies apply to the use of these services.

The Movie Database (TMDb): This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
YouTube API Services: Used for playing trailer videos.

3. Affiliate Programs

The App participates in affiliate programs such as the Amazon Associates Program, Rakuten Affiliate, and DMM Affiliate.
When you access services (Amazon, Rakuten, DMM TV, etc.) via links within the App, access information may be measured using technologies such as cookies for performance tracking purposes. However, this does not identify individuals.

4. Prohibited Acts

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the App:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the source code of the App.
Copying, modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works of the App.
Any other acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of us or third parties.

5. Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the movie information and linked services (streaming availability, product stock, prices, etc.) listed in the App, we do not guarantee their completeness.
We assume no responsibility for any damages incurred by the user resulting from the use of the App or linked services.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may modify this Policy at any time without notice to users if deemed necessary. The modified Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this page.

MSK dev（以下「当方」といいます）は、当方が提供するスマートフォン用アプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

1. 収集する情報とその利用目的

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報（氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等）を当方のサーバーに送信・保存することはありません。

ウォッチリスト・メモ機能： アプリ内で保存された「ウォッチリスト」や「メモ」等のデータは、利用者の端末内部（ローカルストレージ）にのみ保存されます。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも消去されます。

検索・閲覧履歴： アプリの利便性向上のため一時的に端末内に保存される場合がありますが、当方がこれを収集することはありません。

2. 外部サービスおよびデータ取得について

本アプリは、映画情報の表示や動画再生、関連商品の紹介のために、以下の第三者が提供するサービス（API）を利用しています。これらのサービスのご利用に際しては、各社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

3. アフィリエイトプログラムについて

本アプリは、Amazonアソシエイト・プログラム、楽天アフィリエイト、DMMアフィリエイト等のアフィリエイトプログラムに参加しています。
本アプリ内のリンクを経由して各サービス（Amazon.co.jp、楽天市場、DMM TV等）へアクセスした場合、効果測定のためにクッキー（Cookie）等の技術を使用してアクセス情報が計測される場合がありますが、これによって個人が特定されることはありません。

4. 禁止事項

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはならないものとします。

本アプリのソースコードの解析、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブルを行う行為。

本アプリの複製、改変、翻案、または二次的著作物を作成する行為。

その他、当方または第三者の知的財産権を侵害する行為。

5. 免責事項

本アプリに掲載されている映画情報やリンク先のサービス（動画配信状況、商品在庫、価格等）の正確性について、当方は可能な限り正確を期していますが、その完全性を保証するものではありません。
本アプリの利用、またはリンク先サービスの利用により利用者に生じた損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

6. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当方は、必要と判断した場合には、利用者に通知することなくいつでも本ポリシーを変更することができるものとします。変更後の本ポリシーは、本ページに掲示された時点から効力を生じるものとします。
